Shipping policy
All of our orders are roast-to-order and package by hand. We ship our coffee the same day it is roasted for beans and a day after for ground coffee (to allow for degassing).
It will take typically 1 to 2 business days, depending on the grind, before your order is shipped. Then please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. This varies based on your location. Orders are sent via USPS ground or UPS Ground. We will provide you with tracking information once shipped!
The last thing we want to do is blame the pandemic for more issues. However, may have longer times for some coffee names. These changes are on a week to week basis. We will update you should we think your order is delayed. This is a rare instance and hope it stays that way.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping! Due to the increase in USPS and UPS rates in the last several months, we will have to add a small margin for shipping. We will keep shipping free for our subscription service and any purchases over $35
Local delivery
Currently, we do not offer local delivery or pick up. We are solely online at this moment.
International Shipping
We may expand and ship internationally in the future. However, we are only serving residents of the United States currently.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@lakeboatcoffeeco.com with your name and order number, and we will gladly look into it for you!
