Introduction
Here at Lakeboat Coffee Company LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience and the product! To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lakeboatcoffeeco.com. Please see below on how to proceed if there is an issue with your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@lakeboatcoffeeco.com. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to ask!
Returns
Since coffee is a perishable good, returns cannot be accepted. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards. The coffee is roasted after the order is submitted and mailed out. However- Lakeboat Coffee Company LLC is here to help our fellow coffee lovers! If you are dissatisfied with your coffee, please contact sales@lakeboatcoffeeco.com and we can work together to make it right!
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed your return, and let you know when the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
