Coffee is our passion

There’s a certain rhythm to life spent between the open waters and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee—both grounding and invigorating, both steeped in tradition and adventure. Having spent years navigating the Great Lakes, there's an undeniable connection to the maritime world, where towering freighters carve paths across steel-gray waters, and each sunrise over the horizon carries the promise of a new journey. Coffee, much like the waterways that sustain commerce and exploration, is a ritual—a dependable force that fuels late-night watches and crisp morning departures. To be passionate about both is to appreciate their shared spirit: resilience, craftsmanship, and the ability to bring people together. Whether charting a course through mist-laden channels or crafting the perfect roast, there’s a deep respect for the stories carried by every wave and every cup. It’s more than routine—it’s a way of life.

A steamboat runs on fire and water—coffee runs on the same, but in reverse. Both carry you forward, steady and strong, through uncharted mornings and restless nights.
